As a global organisation we have a duty to maintain a sustainable approach to the economic, social and environmental impact that we have as a business and our commitment is to integrate this sense of civic stewardship with all of our operations.
As a company, and across our centres, we align to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Progress is reported at Board level. To support Goal 8, we operate an apprenticeship scheme and engage in schemes to support entry level roles.

We are proud to support UNICEF whose work in more than 190 countries and territories saves children’s lives, defends their rights and helps them fulfil their potential from early childhood through to adolescence.
We are a real living wage employer, accredited by the UK’s Living Wage Foundation, and are committed to real living wage for all our staff, wherever they are located.
We encourage sustainable practices in our supplier network, from IT purchasing to renewable-only energy. We encourage participation in Sustainable Development Days. We travel only when essential and offset the carbon as part of our Green Travel Policy and donate to sustainable projects.
For Our Students
We incorporate diverse perspectives in programmes, including globalisation, sustainability, the environment, human rights issues, minority issues and discrimination and their wider social, economic and human impacts.
Our approach to student support encourages students to take active responsibility for their own learning. We encourage learner agency, a growth mindset, and facilitate a campus environment to which students feel able to contribute ideas, share their passions and communicate their cultural and personal identity. We foster respect and celebrate diversity.
