The “Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year Awards” are designed to recognise the achievement of women in Ireland. The Awards are divided into 8 categories so there is a category suitable for every professional woman.
The judging panels were looking for women who understand business, who are passionate about their career/business, and who show a determination to succeed no matter what life throws at them.
We are delighted to announce that Denise Healy (Centre Director, Castel, Ireland) won the Shining Star category. The Shining Star award is open to professional women, who demonstrate ambition and dedication to their careers and is open to employees who can show excellence and commitment in their chosen career.
The judges feedback was:
“Denise clearly demonstrated her fearless ability, determination and challenges she faced within her application. She experienced changes in her career outside her control and pivoted these to excel academically & professionally. Her current position with Castel International Education presented excellent opportunities to grow. She has shown determination, perseverance, and passion. Denise is valued, exceptional employee and a “Shining Star”
Brian McDonald, CEO at UniHaven said:
“As the recipient of an award that recognises women who understand business, who are passionate about their career, and who show a determination to succeed no matter what life throws at them, Denise is a well-deserved recipient. Her passion for her staff and students, and her dedication to ensuring that our business succeeds, is second to none, all the while striking a healthy balance between her non-work life and her work.”
Many congratulations Denise!
