Cambridge Education Group is proud to highlight iheed’s recent Big Pink Breakfast event held at their headquarters, where the team gathered in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The iheed team came together to enjoy a spread of fresh, scrumptious scones, croissants, vibrant fruit platters, teas, coffees and plenty of pink all in support of a cause close to our hearts. Not only did they get to catch up over breakfast treats, they also came together to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
From the laughter to the chats (and maybe a few too many donuts!), it was a morning that reminded us how special it is to work together for such an important cause. Thanks to everyone who organised, joined in, donated, donned their pink, and helped make this breakfast so meaningful! Here’s to more shared moments and support for those who need it most.
This involvement matters because breast cancer is the 2nd most common cancer worldwide. It is a reality that affects nearly 3,400 women and around 30 men in Ireland each year. This October, we’re encouraging everyone to be breast-aware. By understanding what’s normal for you and noticing any changes early, you can make all the difference when it comes to early detection.
Breast cancer is more common in those over 50, but it can also affect younger women and men. So, no matter your age, getting into the habit of regular checks is a step toward protecting your health. Read more about breast health awareness here.
Thank you again for the support, laughter, and good company at our Big Pink Breakfast—and here’s to making a difference together!
